I will introduce a numbering of the flags later on. This will go from north (flag 1 = NVA Base) to south (flag 6 = US Base).

Here are some mortar cloud spots:

Setup the mortar by the ammobox in the middle hut in the village South of NVA main (flag 1).

Stand in the doorway to the left of the ammo box and try to hold it like in the pic when deploying.

Looks like this deployed:

To hit the flagpole on flag 3 (center island):

To hit the burnt house by flag 3 (center island):

To hit the left (east) door on the 'radio shack' N of flag 3 (center island):


To hit flag 2 (inlet camp) from same ammobox:
Stand to the right of the ammobox close to the corner of the building and deploy when holding the mortar like this:

To hit the flagpole at flag 2 (inlet camp):

To hit the sandbags left of flag 2 (inlet camp):

To hit the wooden bunker above flag 2 (inlet camp):

To hit the sandbag bunker on the hill left of flag 2 (inlet camp):


To hit flag 4 (west island) from the ammobox outside the 'Radio Shack' at flag 3:
Stand to the left of the ammobox and line up the mortar like this when deploying:

To hit the flagpole at flag 4 (west island):

To hit the medic box at flag 4 (west island):

From the same spot, to hit the flagpole at flag 5:

To hit the doorway of the hut with the Health Cabinet (spawnpoint) at flag 5:



Remember that the mortar is an area weapon and if your not right on the spot it doesn't matter since you should move around your crosshair to create a 'carpet bombing' effect.

I can't say this enough but expect their first assult directly on our main base. I'm sure at their earliest they will try and fly a fully loaded helo to the spot. We need to have guys in the radious with charges and SA7 ready to take them out. The Slick will come in first to clear it out and they will be right behind I guarunteeeeee it....
